Common symptoms include:

Physiotherapists focus on addressing the underlying causes of a Baker’s cyst and managing symptoms. Treatment may include:
In some cases, physiotherapy can help manage the symptoms and prevent recurrence, though surgical intervention may be necessary if the cyst causes significant problems. If you think this pesty cyst in suddenly appearing and/or you think it could be something that intermittently presents in your knee, reach out to an OHL Physiotherapist for a thorough assessment and plan.
