The Group Physiotherapy experience at the Optimal Health Lab, previously known as Clinical Pilates, is unparalleled to any other around. Our refined service takes a personalised approach to your treatment, with specialised classes for your specific goals, sport, fitness level or lifestyle.

Push Group Physiotherapy is a mega class offered at OHL with a variety of training elements, including cardiovascular training, core strength, gym lifting technique, balance, and general strength and conditioning. To commence this class type you will graduate through a thorough musculoskeletal assessment with a Physiotherapist and then be introduced into the Strength Lab through a tailored 1:1 workout.

This workout is ideal for clients progressing from a smaller-based class experience into a higher intensity environment. Individualisations are still paramount to the Physiotherapist teaching the class, but they are also keen to help you achieve increased heart rates and heavier lifting strategies.

Know Before You Go

Each client will begin with a 1:1 assessment with a physiotherapist. This session includes a biomechanical and strength assessment allowing your exercise programs to be best tailored to your needs and goals. All you need to bring is a towel and drink bottle to class.
