The Group Physiotherapy experience at the Optimal Health Lab, previously known as Clinical Pilates, is unparalleled to any other around. Our refined service takes a personalised approach to your treatment, with specialised classes for your specific goals, sport, fitness level or lifestyle.

Our Core/Cycle Group Physiotherapy class focuses on your strengthening goals, whilst combining small bursts of cardiovascular training through the session using our stationary bikes. To commence this class type, you will graduate a thorough musculoskeletal assessment with a Physiotherapist and then be introduced into the Strength Lab through a tailored 1:1 workout. This workout is ideal for clients ready and keen for a raised heart rate, whilst enjoying all the benefits of being with your Physiotherapists and continuing to work on your strength work goals.

Know Before You Go

Each client will begin with a 1:1 assessment with a physiotherapist. This session includes a biomechanical and strength assessment allowing your exercise programs to be best tailored to your needs and goals. No previous experience of outdoor bike riding and/or spin classes is necessary. All you need to bring is a towel and drink bottle to class.

Classes are run in the ‘Strength Lab’ – a dedicated room of specialised Clinical Pilates equipment as well as functional rehabilitation and gym machines. It’s the best of both the gym and pilates worlds!
