The Group Physiotherapy experience at the Optimal Health Lab, previously known as Clinical Pilates, is unparalleled to any other around. Our refined service takes a personalised approach to your treatment, with specialised classes for your specific goals, sport, fitness level and lifestyle.

Bars and Bells Group Physiotherapy focuses on lifting weights well. Run by an experienced Physiotherapist in our stocked-up Strength Lab, this class will improve and consolidate your capabilities to lift heavier weights well. Deadlifts, squatting, hip thrusters and pull ups are common terminology in this OHL service. Patients can graduate to this class after foundations have been solidly created in our other class types. This workout is ideal for clients progressing from a smaller-based class experience into an environment with a higher intensity. It's also perfect for a client with goals of returning to the gym independently, but would still like to enjoy the attention to movement detail and individualisation delivered by a physiotherapist .

Know Before You Go

Each client will begin with a 1:1 assessment with a physiotherapist. This session includes a biomechanical and strength assessment allowing your exercise programs to be best tailored to your needs and goals. All you need to bring is a towel and drink bottle to class.
